The Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC) provides quality and innovative services to achieve the best outcomes for current and future generations of Australians with vision and/or hearing loss.
RIDBC is Australia’s largest non-government provider of education, therapy and cochlear implant services for children and adults with vision or hearing loss, their families, and the professionals who support them.
We are seeking a mid to senior level business analysis, improvement and architecture lead to work within a small business transformation team to guide the organisation through a three year enterprise wide transformation.
This role is accountable for business analysis, improvement and architecture across multiple concurrent projects whilst building business improvement capability and discipline across the organisation.
Demonstrated capability and successes in identifying, defining and quantifying business improvement spanning people, process, information and systems is essential.
Experience in project and/or change management will be looked upon favourably but not mandatory as the business transformation team includes specialist project and change improvement roles.
To be successful you will require outstanding presentation, documentation, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills.
This role requires that you obtain Working with Children clearance prior to an offer being made.
